Van Flyheight, who discovers an amnesiac girl named Fiona and a powerful Organoid named Zeke. After Zeke revives a Shield Liger, the group sets off to find Fiona's past and the mysterious "Zoid Eve," becoming entangled in the war between the Helic Republic and the Guylos Empire. They meet mercenaries like Irvine and Moonbay, eventually joining them as they are drawn deeper into the escalating conflict.
